Our kitchen style garden is done in raised beds and straw bales. We also have blackberries, blueberries, figs, and now mushrooms.

A New Year, 2012
My first posting this year is to put last year away. I did have a very good late / winter garden with great broccoli, cauliflower, beets, and cabbage. I spent most of the 2011 gardening year recovering from a total left knee replacement.
On January 30, 2012, I planted sugar snap peas.
